PAACS trains African doctors to become excellent Christian surgeons. Through robust academic and clinical training, testing, and discipleship, each PAACS program is designed to raise up African physicians to meet the deep surgical and spiritual needs of Africa. Currently, 26 PAACS training programs are in 20 Mission Hospitals across 12 countries of Africa.

Accreditation
PAACS programs are accredited through Loma Linda University (LLU) and the College of Surgeons of East, Central, and Southern Africa (COSECSA). Additionally, the College of Anesthesiologists of East, Central, and Southern Africa (CANECSA) provides accreditation for the PAACS Anesthesiology program.
