Recently, 30 penultimate year trainees attended our senior trainee conference. A few topics of discussion included finding a job, hospital administration, starting a hospital, burnout, and the use of technology, even AI, in research. Each morning began with a spiritual leadership topic. Thank you to our PAACS graduates who came and spoke: Drs. Philip Blasto, Ken Muma, Fabruce Ramaherimamonjy, and Akinniyi Fadipe.
